This is one of the outfits I wore this weekend for the Queens Jubilee. I did keep my fingers crossed for nice weather, but in the end I had to update my outfit with tights and a studded jacket. BBQ's + British weather = Blue lips and other areas *blushes*. I also have a new obsession... the way I am wearing my hair in the pictures, and you will probably see it like this alot in up coming posts. I think I will call it my 'Diane Kruger' faze, as she seems to have an equal love for plaits.

Cocktail

This outfit is definitely a cocktail of colour and patterns; oh I do love a good clash! Especially when it sticks two fingers up to the English weather. The trousers I am wearing are from Zara and although you cannot see it clearly in my pictures they have a black panel running up each side of the leg, which gives them a slight tux affect. I haven’t been very well recently and I think I was starting to get slight cabin fever. Maybe that’s why I went crazy with the outfit today, fresh air and human contact can do that to a girl! Any way, I’m off to catch up on my work … ‘oh I feel faint’ (I joke).

Afternoon Tea

On Saturday one of my BFF’s (old skool) took me out for afternoon tea and what a delight it was! Not only was I treated to some amazing cup cakes, but she also made me some as part of my birthday gift. I must admit, the picture of them was taken on Saturday and there is now only 3 left!! I wouldn’t class it as greedy deluded as they are so small, 3 is probably equal to one. When it comes to food and clothes, I feel no guilt 'tehe'. I decided to opt for a casual outfit, dressing it up slighty with my new tweed blazer.
